Strengthening Grassroots Partnerships: FFI Executive Committee to Visit Wakiso District Headquarters

The Former Footballers Initiative (FFI) Executive Committee is set to pay a courtesy and strategic visit to the Wakiso District Sports Officer, Mr. Ssenyonga. This meeting aims to forge a collaborative framework between the district sports team and our network of former footballers to enhance sports development in the region.

About the Visit
In our continuous effort to bridge the gap between football administration and former footballers' initiative who paved the way, the FFI Executive Committee will be travelling to the Wakiso District Headquarters this coming Monday.

The delegation will be meeting with Mr. Ssenyonga, the Wakiso District Sports Officer, to open a dialogue on how the Former Footballers Initiative can synergize with the District Sports Team.

Why This Matters
Wakiso District is a hub of sporting talent. By aligning the administrative power of the District Sports Office with the technical expertise and experience of FFI members, we aim to create a more robust environment for football development that benefits active players and honors former stars alike.

Stay Connected
We look forward to a fruitful discussion. Updates and photos from the visit will be posted on our social media channels and the "News" section of this website following the meeting.
